In other words, therapy is for anyone desiring growth or healing.

Reaching out for help can be difficult especially during times of distress. I understand that it takes courage to ask for help and I would be honored to assist you in your therapeutic journey. My counseling approach focuses on self-awareness of the individual and couple so as to create balance and find meaning in interpersonal relationships. I will focus on taking a holistic approach with my clients to achieve balance and create the healing change that you are needing.

My specialty is in marriage and family therapy and I am certified in creative expressive therapy and transpersonal counseling techniques. Dealing with issues related to relationship difficulties in domestic partnerships, grief, loss and care giving especially related to oncology or medical conditions are some of the areas in which my practice is focused.  Please feel free to contact me for more information.
